Why I Created BulgariaHQ?

I run my companies through a Bulgarian EOOD, and the numbers that brought me there are real: 10 percent corporate tax, 5 percent on dividends, EU membership, and since 2026 the euro and SEPA rails. But when I looked at what foreigners find when they research this, I found a market of formation agencies selling packages from €140 to almost €2,000 for the same company, with hidden add-ons, stale legal facts, and nobody explaining that the official state fees total about €35.
